Baby adopted in Alessandra Pacchieri forced caesarean case

SOLICITOR BRENDAN FLEMING STANCE REGARDING ADOPTION PLACEMENT HEARING.

I spoke to Mr Brendan Fleming yesterday, who told me that the Italian Lady had no wish to appeal the granting of this order.

Mr Fleming also stated that he worked on this case PRO BONO, and his Client had no intention of coming to the hearing in the UK.

Due to confidentiality, i cannot post the actual email that Mr Brendan Fleming, sent to me last night, pertaining to his stance on the subject.

I can confirm this was not a PAIN case.
