Scandal
New to Parents Against Injustice but really need as much help as possible. The scandal started in Holland where our new born was taking straight away from birth. The true reason for this was revenge (a long story to explain). Prior to this there was no involvement with social services as my partner arrived in Holland at 35 wks pregnant which is by law the legal limit to travel. However they made up alsorts of excuses saying that my partner cuts herself and that has a tendency to flee (?) and also that she has a mental health problem.
Before this my girlfriend did have a still birth in the UK... there was no actual reason as the consultant said that its just one of those things that happen... but because of the amount of blood that was floating around said it was a possibility there was a tear in the placenta which is a possibility but not for definate.
So on with the Dutch Social Services (Bureau Jeugdzorg) they also stated that my partner was the cause of the stillbirth due to her protein s deficiency (Lvl 2) which i might add is a low level which can only cause bloodcots in her legs etc if it became a higher level or became more serious. That had nothing to do with it.
Basically i'll get to the point, we got our son to England... our lawyer in Holland clearly was working for Social there and took none of her advice... and i wanted our son in England with my Mother which was granted. The Dutch tried to lock my son in with the temp foster carers but due to English Embassy, Police and other involment was released to my Mums care to travel back with her to England.
Me and my partner came back to England soon as we could afford it which was on July 20th 2009. Also we found out my partner was pregnant again and we could not have the same bad stuff happening again. As the first had damages even the back of his head since being in Dutch care. We came to stay at my Mothers... English social services got involved... they have been co operating with Dutch social services since... hence a BIGGER scandal has started.
When our new son was born, my girlfriend had to stay in hospital under the power of police protection. Social services and my partners lawyer wanted our son in care... they agreed to place our new son with our other son with my mother, I however devised that i would ONLY agree if me and my partner was to be living with our children at my Mums address with the children also. Although gave custody to my mum under section 28 of the childrens act.
Few days later social services tried to break the agreement and wanted us out, we stayed as they cant go against a legally binding agreement. Courts however have done nothing about it.
Lots of paperwork has been made up by english social services and had some paperwork from Holland which has been Omitted and much changed... even the translators notes state it.
We also found in that paperwork that the dutch had registered our son (the first son born) on August 20th 2009 although he was living with my mother in england since Feb 6th 2009. Registering meaning they gave him a SOFI number also known as a BSN which is like a national insurance number. And states the child lives in Holland. That is pure fraud. And cant and shouldnt happen anyway. Now the dutch have tried to make out that he is even Dutch. Isn't possible as my partner is Turkish and me myself is British. And i did get my son recognised in my name which makes him automatically british. There still trying to make out he is Dutch.
When it came to Court in England the English social wanted an Interim Care Order but was only granted an Interim Supervision Order whilst my Mum has Residency Order and Prohibited Steps Order at same time. To the Point... we have a court case tomorrow and found out today through some paperwork that on Nov 4th the English Social Services have got an Interim Care Order made. I told my lawyer this and she stated it was an error from the court and to just forget about it. I'm scared for tomorrow as deep down i know that these kids will be going into Care with social services and that they BOTH will be sent to Holland. Even though there not even Dutch and have NO rights to go there. Its all down to money money money for these social services and we're stuck with no help at all. Mine and my partners lawyers are clearly working for the Social Services as mad as it might sound but its true. They don't even fight for us, and all we get told is too co operate and do what the social services want which we always have done since this began. And now its getting over the limit as they just want more and more, and the lies are just building up and up with NO evidence to back anything up at all. Not to mention all our lawyers ever say is "if you don't do it... then don't come crying to me for help" or "if you don't do what they want then face the consequences" and stuff like that. Its mad and crazy whats going on and everything is illegal thats happening to us. Tomorrow is going to be a sad day as we have NOONE to help us.
