Re. X, Y, Z (Morgan v A Local Authority) [2011] EWHC 1157 (Fam)

This is more news with regards to a PAIN case where a Mother was diagnosed to be found suffering from MSBP without ever setting eyes on our Service user.

The Paediatrician was later named after Journalist Brian Morgan took the issue to the High Court for the Paediatrician to be named.

Journalist Brian Morgan took the Case of a Mother who was diagnosed by a Paediatrician with MSBP without ever setting eyes on her within the Family Court arena.

The gagging Order was lifted and the Paediatrician named.

This is the High Court Judgment regarding this Case.

London Borough of Brent v D and Ors (Compliance with Guidelines on Judges Meeting Children) 2017 EWHC 2452 (Fam)

http://www.familylawweek.co.uk/site.aspx?i=ed181815

X, Y, and Z & Anor v A Local Authority, Court of Appeal - Family Division, May 11, 2011, [2011] EWHC 1157 (Fam)

This is the PAIN case where a Mother was deemed to be suffering from MSBP or FII.

A Paediatrician diagnosed the Mother without ever setting eyes on her, but filed evidence based on here say within the Family Court arena.

Parents involved in these kind of cases are regularly gagged, and are not allowed to mention anything about their case, any shape or form, and if they did could be found guilty of contempt of Court, which could event in a prison sentence.

This case was won, and the Judge ordered Coventry City Council to pay the Parents legal fees.

But what became of the Paediatrician who was not even adequately qualified to diagnose such a condition.
