So Leicester City council have just wasted £1,100 at the taxpayers expense, by issuing their Social Workers with touch screen laptops.

May i suggest that the money would of been better spent,on front line child protection issues,protecting vulnerable children,or extra training,and the recruitment of more Social Workers, Leicestershire Social Services have failed in their duties to protect children in the past, which has resulted in tragic child deaths,…
