LEICESTER MERCURY BLOG

am writing with concern, about the Leicester Mercury's freedom of

information request, regarding the amount of children forcibly adopted

in Leicestershire within the last five years, and the alarmingly high

statistics of 500 children.

Under the Public Law Guidelines, Local Authority's have a mandatory

obligation to consider the kincare clause, by placing children with an

immediate family member like Grandparents, before a child is ever taken

into care, but in… Continue

AVRILS RESEARCH

However I've asked my library to acquire a copy of PCAG's Welfare

Benefits etc book, and I've ordered my own copy. Now its a case of

which arrives first. The Dept of Work and Pensions reply to my email

was, in my view, a lot of goobldygook.

I'm seething. If I'm correct job-seeking parents are entitled to £57.57 per child regardless of age of child, plus a 'family premium' of £17.40.

West Berkshire Council's breakdown of… Continue

COMMENT BY MICHAEL INNIS

The PACA members are worried by the inclusion of an advocate for

Justice, Ms Mellor, in the General Medical Council's Expert Group. In

response to their letter I sent this to the BMJ but it was rejected.

DAILY TELEGRAPH BLOG

You may call Christopher Booker a fraud, but it just shows your

ignorance and lack of knowledge, about a family court system that is in

meltdown.

Parents are having babies taken from them within hours of birth, on emergency protection orders, by the evidence of the so called

medical experts, who give conflicting medical evidence,of which in many

cases leads to forced adoption, and gross miscarriage of Justice.

I have been campaigning with PAIN, since our formation in… Continue

any comments on this please?

Hello Alison

Thanks to the people who replied to my last email.

First, please can anyone supply me with literature that explains what a

CO, ICO, Residence Order, Reg 38 Carer and all the other similar

things that I've encountered in Councils' fostering literature, are?

Second, - Alison, - Denbighshire and Gwynedd Councils have Residence

Order Allowances. Denbighshire's rates are equivalent to its basic

fostering rates, - minus Child… Continue

THE GOVERMENTS RESPONSE TO THE BABY PETER PETITION

You signed a petition asking the Prime Minister to launch a public inquiry

into this harrowing death of Baby P right under the nose of the people that

were there to protect him, and to ensure these failures never happen again.

Her Majesty’s Government has responded to that petition and you can view it

here:…
