WHY WAS THIS SOCIAL WORKER ALLOWED TO PRACTICE

I cannot see how a Social Worker was allowed to practice, again within

another County, after she had been sacked by Avon County Council, after

she was convicted of killing her husband?

Ten tears later she is allowed to work and practice on front line child protection duties, safeguarding vulnerable children.

Why was there not a disclosure on an enhanced CRB check, or did Bath and

Somerset County Council, fail in their duties of checking the former

I can see how this can work in Private law cases, with parents that are

amicable and even if parents are alienated against one another, mediation would
