SUNDAY TELEGRAPH BLOG

Thank you Christopher Booker for highlighting the scandal of forced adoption.

This topic is not just a common problem today.

Back in 1985, Pediatrician Marrieta Higgs gave conflicting medical evidence

in the family court arena and 200 children were wrongly removed from

their parents and taken into care, her theories concluded that all

children had been sexually abused.

Dr Higgs evidence was later to be disregarded by other medical professionals.

20) that the system has swayed too far in favour of social services when

they wish to remove children from loving families.

It is worrying that not only are applications to remove children growing as a result of an overreaction to the tragic Baby…

DAILY MAIL BLOG-MARTIN NAREY

So Mr Narey states that more children should be taken into care.

The Director of Barnardos should be well aware that the family courts are in meltdown, with the alarmingly increase in care proceedings, which in some parts of the country is as much as 80%.

With the former comes the large waiting list for guardians to be appointed to cases, in the family court arena, the waiting list in some

parts of the…

AN E MAIL FROM THE JOURNALIST THAT I FEEL SET US UP SOCIAL NETWORK SITES

Dear Alison,

Just back from holiday and reading your email.

I hope you saw the report on the Sunday night: the film was about how

adoption agencies and local authorities are concerned that birth

parents and their children are making contact online. As part of this,

it was necessary to include interviews with adoptive parents, adoption

agencies and social workers BUT in order to give the piece balance, it

was vital to include the perspective of a… Continue

DAILY TELEGRAPH BLOG

I have dealt with and advised Maureen with reference to her case, as I

have many parents over the 25 years that PAIN has been running.

As for Simon and his comments about weird websites, PAIN was funded by the Department of Health until 2002, so perhaps if we

achieved Government funding, we could supply our clients with the best
