All in the best interest of the child, utter contempt, when they left his older brother with us.…

Justice for once, somebody getting probation for making a false allegation, a short term in prison i think.
The Person accused will live a life of trauma, and if living in the UK,would possibly suffer injustice of the allegation remaining on a enhanced CRB disclosure until they retire, and may disclosed on the new ISA list.
Some people take the trauma of such allegations to an early grave, as in two of my cases.…

Petition, Petition, Petition....
The family justice system is suffering a great deal...
Of the many symptoms it harbours, none is perhaps more visible than its lack of responsiveness to the myriad consultation papers and constant lobbying by politicians and pressure groups alike.
With gentle determination, families continue to search for signs of life in a listless system that is too weak to function. It…

There are couple of petitions that are worthwhile signing at the moment, here they are:-
http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/UnveilProcesses/
The aim of the transparency would be to improve the public confidence in the Family Court Services; improve the processes of the court servants for the benefit of the childr...en of the UK. The children of the UK deserve the higher standards that openness would in fact…

So Brenda Farrell, assistant director of Children’s Services for Barnardos states that adoption should be given a higher priority and then suggests that the kincare clause should be used on a larger scale, a very confusing statement to make.
It looks like the lady wants immediate relatives to have care of the children during Care Proceedings, but then is happy for them to be taken from Grandparents, in the later stages of family court proceedings, when a placement for adoption has been…

Ofsted have given a damming report relating to the greater London area, which covers 33 Local Authorities.
In many cases children and families have to wait six months for a Guardian to be appointed to the Family Court arena,
The lowest possible inadequacy of cafcass is given, which also states that management documentation is out of date.other concerns are that complaints, are not dealt with within the expected timescale.
Private Law cases also is a cause for concern, with…

Dear Ms Stewart-Taylor
Thank you for your emails of 21 December, addressed to Ed Balls and Ruth Kelly, concerning the secrecy in family courts.
The family courts play a crucial role in protecting the welfare of some of the most vulnerable children in our society.
The Government has included provisions in the current Children, Schools and Families Bill to continue the process of opening up the family courts by broadening the amount of information which can be…
