INFORMATION SENT TO ME FROM JIMMY DEACHERS

The Prime Minister is to apologise for forced deporting of children fr0m 1930 to 1970. But

they are still at it. Social services are still snatching children and telling them falsely that their families do not want them and also telling grandparents and extended family that the children do not want to see them either. (Parental Alienation) This confuses and demoralises children into accepting forced adoption to complete strangers. An excellent cost cutting business plan! But children… Continue

CRB ISSUES

Daily Mail article

A high-flying city lawyer was fired from her £150,000-a-year job after a 'routine security check' revealed her DNA was held on the national database - over a 'false allegation' made against her.

Lorraine Elliott said that she felt 'gobsmacked and depressed' after bosses spotted her file during 'background clearance' checks as she was just about to start work on a new project.

The mother-of-three today described her reputation as having been 'tainted'… Continue

LEGAL SERVIES COMISSION ADVISES IT WILL NOT FUND INDEPENDANT SOCIAL WORKERS TO ACT AS GUARDIANS

The Legal Services Commission have informed Childrens Panel Solicitors and other Family Barristers, that they will cease to fund independent Social Workers, to act as Guardians in Public Law Cases.

The former was brought out in the new Cafcass Guidelines, which was brought in over six weeks ago, to oversee the backlog of cases that have come into the Family Court arena, due to the increase in Care Proceedings, which have been instigated, due to the Local Authority failings resulting in the… Continue

RESIDENTIAL CARE TO BE HIT BY LOCAL AUTHORITY CUTS

The quality of residential care hit by Local Authority cuts is an absolute disgrace, again this will effect the children that are in in the care system and reside in these homes.

The LA cuts could be down to the alarmingly high amount of Care Proceedings that are being instigated by Social Services, more of the taxpayers money wasted. One Local Authority have already dropped 500 cases regarding Child protection issues via the Family Courts.

The question is should any of… Continue

Haringay issue apology over baby P

HARINGEY Council finally apologised today for the catalogue of blunders that left Baby P to die.

But no social workers were sacked or suspended after the apology was dragged out of a senior councillor under huge political pressure.

Liz Santry, the councillor in charge of services for children and young people, said the council was “truly sorry we did not do more to protect” the 17-month-old baby found dead after months of abuse in his own home.

Ms Santry said:… Continue

Mike Wardle the chief executive of the GSCC Council sacked

I applaud the sacking of Mike Wardle the chief executive of the GSCC.

203 unallocated misconduct cases and 21 public conduct cases is a disgrace, i wonder how many children have been left at risk of abuse, because of this mans incompetence?

At last, i cant believe what i am reading, Social Work training is going to be strengthened, which will hopefully raise standards of practice, and wow, holding the profession account for competence as well as conduct.

TAKEN FROM MAIN WEBSITE SOCIAL SERVICES

As we know with all child care cases, it is inevitable that Social Services and Social workers become involved.

Many articles in the press over recent years have levied much criticism at Social Services and the treatment of families. The press cannot report something that isn't true or not have some evidence of fact. Nor can they break laws or violate the children's act. Otherwise, it would result in massive law suite to which a paper can ill afford. Local Authorities have their own… Continue

Re: False allegations made against social workers by parents/carers

By RGS in Social work profession

The CRB contains no details of allegations - only criminal convictions so her CRB should be clear. Not knowing the case, its difficult to comment but the term 'child in need' is used to define children with disabilities, who need additional support etc, so as such it should not be seen as a stick to hit Mum with. A plan for a child in need is a plan set in place to support a… Continue
