Yes now there is Foster till you Adopt.

3 years ago, the Government brought this in, and the Agencies like CORAM were the first of one of the Agencies to use this Legislation.

The Prospective Adopters, would come in and Foster Babies within hours of birth, as the children would be taken into care in some cases straight from the delivery room.

Allowing the Adopters to have the child from birth.

GONE NOW ARE THE MANDATORY OBLIGATION FOR LA TO CONSIDER USING THE KINCARE CLAUSE, by placing children with an immediate Family Member such as Grandparents, Aunties and Uncles, to take on a temporary caring role.

Also the Assessment for Parents in a Mother and Baby Unit is also now definitely a no.

Because LA would rather traffic the CHILDREN AND BABIES FOR LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY, A VERY LUCRATIVE BUSINESS IN THE UK.

The Foster Care racket as well ,costing Thousands of pounds at the taxpayers expense, when the Kincare Clause or Special Guardianship would be the cheaper option.

Means tested Legal aid is available for Grandparents, wanting to use the Kincare Clause as  a part of Public Law Care Proceedings.

Full Public funded Legal Aid, should be made available for the Kincare clause, WHY SHOULD GRANDPARENTS BE FORCED TO USE SAVINGS FOR THEIR COURT APPLICATIONS,? IF THEY ARE SLIGHTLY OVER THE LIMIT FINANCIALLY TO BE ENTITLED TO LEGAL AID.

AND WHY SHOULD THEY LEFT WITH SEVERE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP,? when they take on a Special Guardianship Role, when Foster Carers, can receive up to £700 per Child a week, a nice little earner.

The Powers to be could use the money to keep Children with their Parents, by using a Mother and Baby Unit for Assessment , or using the Kincare Clause, which could prove to be in the best interest of the Child to stay within the FAMILY UNIT.

BUT NO THE RACKETEERING OF CHILD TRAFFICKING VIA FORCED ADOPTION , AMID THE SECRECY OF THE SECRET FAMILY COURTS WILL PROVE TO BE THE PREFERRED COURSE OF ACTION.

Martin Nareys  Report contains hardly anything about the KINCARE CLAUSE OR SPECIAL GUARDIANSHIP .IT JUST PROVES MY THEORY TO BE RIGHT.
