As the Chairperson of PAIN, which is well respected within UK Parliament, i at one time would of advised parents to try and work with Social Services, and not take the law in to their own hands, but I am beginning to beg to differ, there is no justice within the family courts, and the powers to be are adamant that they want our babies for adoption, when they are considering the former before a psychologists assessment as even taken place, in many cases.
They will not even consider the kincare clause, highlighted in the Public Law Guidelines, by placing baby’s with immediate family members like Grandparents, in the early stages of care proceedings.
