Public policy makes it “impossible” to set aside adoption orders

I have just noticed that i am mentioned in a Family Court Judgement, with reference a case where the Judge stated that it was impossible in this case to set aside the adoption order in this case.

Children had been taken into care when their children were noted to have unexplained fractures.

One of the children B was allowed to return home to his parents after a diagnosis of brittle bone disease, the other children had been diagnosed with this but at the time they had already been adopted and the Judge remarks , IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SET ASIDE ADOPTION ORDERS..

My comments with regards to this case after been mentioned in the Judgment in this case, which is clearly very good news.

Many years later i noticed this in fact today 08.11.2021.
