And a Nurse was seen fast asleep on a night duty while in charge of a ventilator.?

TOTALLY AND UNACCEPTABLE, I THINK THIS DR MUST AGREE WITH SHODDY PRACTICE..

If it was me i would find out the Nurses names of who committed the drug errors, and a Nurse falling asleep why in charge of a ventilator,more than a PILS complain, definitely a complaint to the NMC.
