You may recall the Lindy Chamberlain case in Australia around 30 years ago - Lindy was convicted but was later released - a Royal Commission found that she did not murder her young

child - it was taken by a dingo. the Crown case was found to be very

A lot of the problems with regards too children being taken wrongly

into care, is the medical and other evidence given in the family court

arena by the so called expert witnesses, some are not adequately

qualified to make such a diagnosis.

In one of my cases recently, a Pediatrician diagnosed the mother with MSBP without ever seeing the client or children involved.

ATTENTION EVERYBODY! (Especially those of you on low incomes -)

I’ve just encountered a very interesting comment in Leicestershire Council fostering literature in relation to an up to £30/week education maintenance grant that the Council pays foster children staying on at
school or in college after they reach the age of 26;-

“The usual means test is not applied to Foster Children”
