Another way forward, this should of been done years ago.
Another instrument that will assist Children and young people to highlight their wishes and feelings and promote Justice for them.
They can now clarify to Cafcass that the Guardian has not done his or her job properly by not encouraging children to fill in the Cafcass wishes and feelings pack in.
