Damning report forces child protection to pull up socks

MY THOUGHTS

The day i was e mailed a threat from a Local Authority via one of their Solicitors.

Yes they served me with an injunction via e mail, in respect of a Public Law case, where Social Workers removed a child a baby, within the early hours of a cold winter morning, while the Mother was breast feeding.

I was sent the circular from a family rights campaigner, who put the blog on their own site, and many others have as well.

I received the injunction, stating that if i did not remove the blog or amend the data, i would in breach of a court order.

The e mail didn’t even have an address on, to which i could of appealed, i rang the Solicitor, and asked him to send the injunction by post, which he agreed to, i have also issued him with a data protection request, asking him to pass it onto his data protection officer, to make sure i have all they hold on file about me.

I have been in touch with many Groups and individuals, who state that there is no mention of the children, or names as to identify the children involved.

I have taken the blog down to comply, not out of anxiety, but to prevent PAIN from loosing our good credibility.

I am in the process of seeking legal advice on this subject, and may appeal the decision.

Another Local Authority failing children in Scotland, it is a pity the powers to be cant keep of the Social networking sites, snooping, and do the job that they are paid to do protecting children,
