Family Procedure Rules
The new Family Procedure Rules come into force on 6th April 2011. The Court Forms and Leaflets below support the new rules and are provided here for preview. As solicitors will be aware, these forms must not be used for any proceedings issued before 6th April 2011. This web link is being made available to the profession to assist with preparations for proceedings to be issued from 6th April.
