The money that will feast these party's, will come out of the taxpayer’s purse.
Why this kind of money is not being used to keep children with their natural Parents beggars belief.
The Children’s charity Coram have put into practice with Local Authorities to place newly born babies with prospective adoptive Parents in the early stage of Care Proceedings and placements are being planned before babies are being born.
Parties could begin within a few weeks of babies being placed with the Adopters being encouraged to come forward and take on the fostering roll, of their future Child.
Anything is possible with the current situation in the child protection and Family Court arena.
