MY THOUGHTS
This Father tells his story about his divorce, and the fight to see his Son.
He was told he was not legible to get legal aid, as his income was £13 over the amount, to receive the former.
The story highlights how difficult it was to litigate in person, and he tells how confusing it was with regards to Court procedure, and of when and how to talk, even the difficulty he had with the preparation of paperwork, and what paperwork to take to court with him.
In the end he managed to seek legal representation, and was told that he was legible to receive legal aid,and managed to get some contact with his son.
MUCH CONFUSION IN THE WEEKS AHEAD FOR ALL CONCERNED
