Parental alienation syndrome and false allegations.

Even though in many cases of alleged cases of false allegations, with reference to domestic abuse in parent arrangement cases, the Family Courts are allowed to use hearsay, which is taken into consideration, so one parent may be denied contact with their children permanently , based on false allegations, even when the police have decided to take no action, and the alienated parents' enhanced DBS is clear.

So are they also going to deny Gillick competent children their say as well?, in the Family Courts?, Gillick children are entitled to bring legal representation into these cases in their own right.

We have seen in so many cases where there is no credible evidence for one parent to stop contact with the other parent, with reference to child contact, based on false allegations of domestic violence.

Sentiments and beliefs will destroy many families forever, denied contact permanently,, based on no credible evidence.
