Goverment To Put More Money Into Safeguarding Vulnerable Children

I just hope all this planning and Government funding will improve the situation with reference to many Local Authority Social Services Departments failing in their Ofsted on the spot inspections, failing in their safeguarding roll,and leaving vulnerable children at risk.

Until Social Workers,and other profeshionals are made accountable for malpractice, it doesn't matter how much more money is put into the System., There has been many past tragedies Jasmine Beckford way back in 1986, which resulted in a Public Inquiry at the same time as Cleveland,and now 23 years later ,and quite a few changes in Governents,and millions more of the taxpayers money put into Child Protection, we have Baby Peter, Victoria Columbia,and many other child deaths, due in many cases too mufti agency failures.

There needs to be an urgent overall to the System in general, Lord Lamings .recommendations do not seem to be working.
