When are Health going to stand up to Social Services?

How can your children be put on a care order just because the social worker does not believe their medical diagnosis, furthermore when they clarify the diagnosis with the treating physician and still do not believe it why are health professionals not complaining about such undermining behaviour?

 

Furthermore why is a family judge at the family court believing the evidence of the Social Worker over the treating physicians?
