Does he have a learning disability ?or anything because they often use that against them saying that if you have a learning disability they may say that he does not understand what is going on, due to that they sometimes say does not understand enough to get representation for himself.

I am sure one of our Solicitors would be able to assisst

Because your Son can contact a Solicitor himself under the clause of Gillick competence.

Any Child 13 and over can bring in their own Solicitor, we have one that will possibly assist.
