145 Children lost while in Local Authority Care, a National disgrace.

Yet again System abuse, by a team of so called Social Services, that are supposed to safeguard them.

Yes i agree, County Councilors should sped more time to oversee their duties under the clause of Corporate Parent,

I wonder how many of these Children have fallen into prostitution,and Pedophile gangs,and have been sexually abused?
