I would urge all Parents to issue capita with a data protection request.
Under section 7 of the data protection act 1998 this Department have a mandatory 40 working days to comply with your request.
A basic data access request will cost you £10, and a full copy of all data could cost up to £50.
They do have a duty to supply all data which is held on computer or hard drive.
Capita will also ask form some form of pictured ID as well.
If Capita breach the 40 working compliance time contact the information commissioner.
On a personal basis CAPITA dealt with university Hospitals of Leicester payroll for a good few years, their incompetence left nurses without their salary for several months, leaving staff destitute, individuals had to borrow money from family members or friends to see them through until the next month.
