Flawed legal aid system leaves ‘poorer and vulnerable clients denied assistance’

This also pertains to the Cases where Hospital Trusts decide to continue life support on babies that they consider to have no quality of life as in the Charlie Gard, Baby Isaiah, and now Alfie Evans,

The Hospitals are a massive corporations that can easily afford the Legal Fees to take these cases to the High Court.

But there is no Justice for the Parents involved in these tragic cases,

Legal aid does not cover these cases,as they are in the Private Law criteria, if Parents are not loaded with money they cannot afford the huge legal bills, with regards to these cases,

Charlie Gards Parents managed to obtain Pro Bono Representation, Alfie Evans Parents started a go fund me Campaign,

with regards to getting donations to try and pay the huge legal fees, for legal representation.

If the Babies had of been taken into care they would be entitled to non means tested legal aid.
