The Paediatric Palliative Care team, have a job to counsel the whole Family in cases of this nature.

I am just speculating if Alfie Parents got the chance to receive any of the counseling at the Hospital, or not?

Just wondering if a Nurse was with them at the time of Alfie death, when Thomas was giving his son mouth to mouth respiration.

If palliative care counseling was not an option in this case, it would be pretty poor.
