Increase in child protection investigations, but fewer finding abuse

Basically this statement says it all, a lot of Children and their Parents are being investigated under a Section 47, investigation, but in many cases, LA are dropping the cases, and not even putting these children on a child protection plan.

I WILL BE NOW FORWARDING FOI REQUESTS TO EACH LA, to see what their statistics are.?
