I have been dealing with a Public Law Case, for several months now.
The Parents still have full Care of the Children, at home, but i think they may be on a ICO.
Mum has been diagnosed, with MSBP, diagnosed by a Pediatrician.
The Family, went to a Wedding, at the Weekend, and one of the Children, had a fall, and was taken to Hospital, out of concern, by the Parents.
At
a Family Court hearing today, the Judge, prompted by the Guardian,
ordered the Parents, to hand their passports over, and a Holiday they
were due, to go on this Wednesday, would have to be canceled, due to
the incident at the Weekend.
The Local Authority feel, that the Children are being affected by the Mothers , so called personality disorder.
The
Judge also, ordered the Guardian, to tell, the Children, why the
holiday was being stopped, the Children were taken to the Cafcass,
offices, in Coventry, and told, with no Family member being there.
The Family will now have a twice daily visit, from Social Workers, until a Further Family Court hearing next week.
I
was so dismayed by the cruelty, bestowed, on two young Children, by the
way, they have to miss a holiday, the whole Family, had been looking
forward to, the Holiday, had been booked, over a year ago.
I will be talking to an MP,and the Press.
To my amazement we got the news that that the parents have won this case, within the family court arena in Coventry, and it has been one of the most cruel and traumatic cases that PAIN have dealt with in the past few months, congratulations to Tina and family, they have been through many hours of heartache and tears, which i have shed with them.
Many thanks to Brendan Fleming and team, and Solicitor Rebbecca, who has now moved to a new firm of Solicitors.
TWO WINS IN A WEEK, I HOLD MY HEAD IN PRIDE.
Many thanks to Lynne Harrison we couldn't have done it with out you.
Social Services were pulled up over 28 different mistakes of maladministration, and the Pediatrician who made a diagnosis of MSBP, better beware i am on the warpath.
