The most bizarre issue about this Case is that the Parents are not entitled to Legal Aid, being that it is a Private Law case.

Luckily they have a Barrister representing them, PRO BONA, the late Charlie Gard Parents Legal team.

But if Care Proceedings are instigated against these poor Parents, THEY WILL BE ENTITLED TO FULL LEGAL AID.

Also it there could be a possibility that they could  labeled  as suffering from FABRICATED INDUCED ILLNESS..

Which has happened in some of our cases similar in origin to this case.
