I know of a recent Case, where the Mother was told that her Son had been forcibly adopted, 

And she came to find that her Son had not even been adopted.

THE FACT IS THAT HE WAS ON A FULL CARE ORDER, AND IF THE PLACEMENT HAD BROKEN DOWN THE PARENTS COULD HAVE GONE BACK TO COURT TO TRY AND GET THE CARE ORDER DISCHARGED, and to try and get their SON home.

The Boy is now 18, and reunited with his BIRTH MOTHER and Brothers, and also now has regular visits home, and spends overnight contact with his birth mother.
