Adoption without safeguards endangers children

Did not help did it ? with reference to Elsie Scully-Hicks case.

Elsie was well and truly failed by all the agencies, that should be there to have protected her.

On many occasions Social Workers visited the home environment , Elsie was full of bruises and suffered a leg fracture, but Social Workers blundered leaving her to die and be murdered by her Adoptive Father.

The Health Visitor also did not note the bruising classic signs of Child abuse.

These Social Workers were assessing Elsie two adoptive Fathers, and they were both supposed have past all assessments, but months later Elsie died at the hands of Skully-Hicks.

Elsie Maternal Grandmother put in for the kincare clause or Special Guardianship, but this was denied,and the Grandmother was deemed not fit to look after her Granddaughter..

But if Elsie had been given the caring role, Elsie would still be alive today.
