ALDER HEY HOSPITAL ARE NOW IN SERIOUS TROUBLE VIA THE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER

I have written to the public authority reminding them of their responsibilities and asking them to respond to you within 10 working days of receiving our letter (that is by 29 May 2018). If you do not receive any response within 10 working days, please contact us.

I now have to email the Information Commissioners office, because they have not complied even after being warned by the office.

29TH April they had to contact me, but nothing back.

I have now also asked the ICO office, to investigate the breach of another request of which they have not complied..

A Hospital that had a scandal with regards to children's body parts, do not have any worries about breaching the Data Protection act, and Freedom of Information act.blatant disregard to any kind of  breaking the law.
