ALDER HEY HOSPITAL REASON FOR FOI BREACH

They have breached the 20 working day compliance time, given for all FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS.

I have had to take the issues to the Information Commissioner for at least 3 Requests, 

One Request took them over five months to comply, without the Information commissioners insistence two of my requests would of resulted in no response..

THE INTERNAL REVIEW HIGHLIGHTED IT WAS DUE TO LACK OF CAPACITY WITHIN THEIR GOVERNANCE TEAM.
