Still No News Of The Health And Whereabouts Of 13 Week Old Harvey

Baby Harley's mother has got a chequered past, but two things are true - she has completely changed her life, and is now living with a hard working and loving partner. Other children previously taken away from her by Social Services have since returned to her, stating that she was always a kind and loving mother. More significantly, perhaps, they also tell of their abuse at the hands of Social Services, once they had been removed from her.

At present the mother still does not know where he is. There are special concerns for his health and welfare due to a severe allergy to formula milk products.
