The ironic thing about this tragic Case, is the Parents cannot get Legal Aid,due to the Fact that is a civil Private Law case.

So there is a GO FUND Page, where the General Public are giving donations for the Parents to be able to put up a Legal challenge via Solicitors.

Yet if the Child was taken into Care full Public Legal Aid would be granted.

Similar to the Charlie Gard Case the Parents had SOLICITORS WORKING FOR THEM PROBONO.
