So the stance of this debacle carries on, Alderhey Childrens Hospital can spent as much money as they like on this case.

Does not matter how much they are paying out with regards to their legal fees with reference to this tragic case.

The unfortunate thing with these kind of cases is that the Parents are not entitled to any form of Legal Aid.

it is like mighty and the mouse, the Hospital with its large amount of money versus a young couple, with  i guess not a huge amount of savings, they really do not stand a chance.

Justice only for the rich now in Society.

The Hospital are also responsible for at least two drugs errors with regards to Alfie, but the Parents have more to fight than putting a Nurse through a fitness to practice complaint with the NMC.

This will be their last thought on their mind, and now they have to go through another court appearance , so that the Hospital can now get a date to legally euthanize their beloved baby.
