One of my Co Workers had a letter published in the National Press with regards to Family Law and about the way Social Services treat innocent
Parents.

A Psychologist based in Sheffield approached PAIN via e mail and stated that he would be happy to assist our clients with reference to the injustices of the family court arena.

It looks like once again we have been led up the garden path,and corruption may have filtered through to the Organisation possibly, so that we use him, and that he diagnoses clients with personality
disorders in the capacity of pandering to the LA and the possibility of
other parents using him to gratify adoption targets.

To be fair this is the one and only negative feedback we have had from a client, it looks like he has jeopardized her case, and i would not be happy to use him again,the client was not actually being advised
by us but wanted a good Psychologist, we will not be using this
individual again,and will remove him from our list.

On another subject i have been contacted by somebody, who has taped evidence, that a Social Worker told her not to contact PAIN for advice, we are taking this matter very seriously, as the Public Law Guidelines
state that Social Services should be encouraging their Services users
to seek the advice of voluntary Organisations for support.

I am awaiting feedback from my co workers and the Lady involved, and the mater WILL BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY.
