An injustice overturned. This case is important concerning the role of the Crown prosecutor (who also prosecuted the Folbigg case) and the role of expert evidence.

The judge criticised the prosecution saying that "Speculation, conjecture and suspicion can never amount to proof beyond reasonable doubt."
