Foster Carers should be given a Psychological assessment at least every two years, i wonder how many would be diagnosed with a personality disorder.
Many Parents are having children removed by Social Services at the moment via the secret Family Courts after being diagnosed by the former,by the so called medical experts.
Perhaps if Foster Carers were assessed every two years, it might save a few childrens lives.
