APPALLING FIGURES
Absolutely appalling figures, that one in Seven Local Authority's are failing children,and families in one way or another.
It is about time all Corporate Parents in these areas took their responsibilities seriously,and put pressure on the so called high fliers in power to put their Departments in order, so that our children can be safeguarded,and receive a decent standard of education.
