Recently i blogged about a Father who killed himself after his 11 year old son was placed in long term Foster Care after the Father had his DWP Benefits suspended waiting for reconsideration, and tribunal.

The Father did not have enough money to feed his Son.

His Wife had died 3 years previous due to cancer, i am unsure why the Father did not use a food bank.

After his benefits were suspended, with no hope after his son being placed into long term foster care, with no hope he ended his own life, very tragic all in the name of Government austerity.

The Local Authority refused to give him a hardship grant to keep his family together,but they refused, very happy to use foster care.the more expensive option.
