The problems that we have in the UK under the present Family Court and
child protection system, is the conflicting medical and other expert
evidence given in the arena.
Some profeshionals are not adequately qualified to make such assumptions.
In one case that Parents Against Injustice has advised on, a Pediatrician
made a diagnosis of MSBP,against the Mother without ever seeing her or
the children involved,such actions sanctioned, can lead too
miscarriages of Justice,and forced adoption, by a system that is
corrupt and draconian, with reference to the secrecy involved.
Luckily in this landmark case, due to the sheer professionalism of the
Childrens Panel Solicitor, the parents have managed to keep their
children,and the Judge has ordered that the Local Authority have to pay
the parents legal fees, the whole case has cost the taxpayers thousands
of pounds,the Judge also via a High Court hearing has named the Social
Services Department involved.
The expert witness as in the Pediatrician, his name has not been disclosed, or the Social Workers,
leaving them free to destroy other families, who will be unfortunate to
come across them in under a Kangaroo FAMILY COURT ARENA.
