Murdered baby Elsie ‘would still be alive if social services had not taken her’

A catastrophe of Multi Agency failures, right down from the GP, Health Visitor,to Social Workers who visit Elsie at least 15 times, without documenting extensive bruises seen on her Body.

All the classic tell tell signs of Child Abuse and all the so called experts failed Elsie or should i say Shayla miserably .

Until the so called child protectors are made accountable for unacceptable practice nothing will ever improve.

Serious case reviews after case reviews all at the Taxpayers expense, lessons learnt zero , as we have seen from past experience.

The 228 child deaths they didn't want to tell you about

60 - percentage of children who died before their first birthday.

FIFTEEN times but failed to intervene - even after she had broken her leg and 'fallen down the stairs

So Social Services fail to act again, leaving a child to be murdered, this time by an Adoptive Father.

The child was seen 15 times, had fractures, but yet nothing registered any concerns with regards to the Social Workers involved in this appalling Local Authority failings.

Another serious case review at the Tax payers expense, lessons learned zero,

AS THEY NEVER EVER SEEM TO LEARN FROM PAST FAILINGS, AS IN THE BABY P CASE AND MANY OTHER CASES HIGHLIGHTED.

THIS LOT SAYS IT ALL.    Between the meeting and her death, social workers visited their home 15 times and the toddler suffered bruises, had broken her leg and had fallen down the stairs at the house.
