Another very sad Case, where the Parents would not be granted Legal aid, due to being a Private Law Case.

If the case involved Care Proceedings, it would be a different Kettle of fish, Public Law Legal would be granted in this case.

In these cases the only hope is that Parents can get PRO BONO LEGAL REPRESENTATION, AS IN THE LATE CHARLIE GARD PARENTS CASE.

Luckily in this case, the Father is a Lawyer, and is representing himself, Litigant in Person, and has a great advantage than other Parents, Lawyers are paid a very large salary, where a postman and a care assistant are on at least the minimum wage.
