Battle for Alfie Evans' future set to return to court after dramatic late night twist in tragic case

I knew that if Alfie Parents tried to take their Son, from the Hospital , the Hospital would put in for an Emergency Protection

Order, and it looks like this is the fact.

I did state that they would have 72 hours , to try and get the order discharged, but Social Services would not tell tell them this.

There will be a Court hearing on Monday, which is within the 72 hours.they are trying to appeal the granting of the date that was given to turn life support off.

I hope that these poor Parents will still be allowed to see their Son in the Hospital, because there has been Cases that PAIN have taken on, Parents were prevented from seeing their Child, until after the Court hearing to put a child on a interim care order.

It could also be a Police protection order, but very doubtful on that one, because Alfie was already supposed to be in a place of safety..

Yes a place of safety which will involve his death.

With regards to Police protection orders, the Parents will still have a right to discharge the order within 72 hours, which will be on Monday.

Or being made a ward of Court.

Now Alfie Parents will be entitled to Public funded Legal Aid.
