Borderline personality disorder: 'One GP told me I wasn't ill, just a bad person'

This type of things happens within the Family Court on a regular basis.

With regards to one of our cases a Paediatrician  diagnosed  a Mother with MSBP  without ever setting eyes on her.

This so called expert witness was not even adequately qualified to make such an assumption.

In the end this DR was named after a newspaper went to the High Court and got a gagging order removed.

Social Workers also pertain to diagnose as well.

In autism related cases , Parents are deemed to have very poor Parenting skills, when the Child is found to suffer from autism spectrum disorders.
