Why in most cases during Care Proceedings Cafcass fails to promote the voice of the Child.

If so they would be making sure that Children are helped to fill in the CAFCASS wishes and feelings pack.?

It just shows you that CAFCASS  ARE NOT PROMOTING THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD IF THIS VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT IS NOT BEING FILLED IN.
