Cafcass rated ‘outstanding’ for effective leaders and practice that ‘acts on the child’s views’

How can they be rated as outstanding? when children's wishes and feelings pack very rarely ever gets filled in.

With regards to our Public Law cases, this is a definable No, because in most cases the Children's wishes and feelings never get filled in with regards to our caseload.

Private Law cases have been more successful as i have been an advocate for the child at the time of the Wishes and Feelings pack being filled in.

Some children with reference our caseload have had the opportunity to see the Judge in chambers to highlight their wishes and feelings, and our cases have been won on these grounds.
