Multi agency failings again, resulting in serious injuries to a Baby..

Even worse system failings because this child's name was on the child protection register,and the Mother had two other children taken away,and placed into care.

Obviously Calderdale Social Services do not monitor their child protection register adequately, utter incompetence once again, leaving a six month old baby to suffer horrendous pain.

I despair every single day, the newspapers are full of such System failures.

The message is stop poking your noses into Families that don't require intervention, this is proved by one Local Authority, who dropped 500 cases.
